Where do I start?

Just install our mobile app! You'll find PackagePortal in the Apple AppStore, and Google's Play Store.

Once you've downloaded the app, you'll be able to create a digital wallet at sign up, and immediately begin completing surveys to earn tokens.

You can also link your gmail account to import deliveries and track their status. When the delivery arrives, tap to confirm and rate the experience to earn more tokens!

How do I get my tokens?

You'll be able to see your popcorn credits accruing in the app as you earn. After you've earned 10, you can "claim rewards" and XPORT will be sent to your wallet. (you can verify ownership of those tokens on the blockchain)

If you have a PackagePortal wallet added, you'll be able to convert your XPORTs into PORT, and use PORT to trade, stake, or sell.

Can I redeem tokens?

Yes! Soon, we'll be bringing an all new redemption warehouse to the Metaverse. PORT holders will be able to swap tokens for goods & prizes.

How much are my tokens worth?

PORT has an internal redemptive value of $1 within our platform. Additionally, PORT has a market value based on public trading, that will increase or decrease based on market sentiment, economic shifts, and other external factors beyond our control.

Do I need to pay anything?

Never! - We don't charge our users any fees whatsoever.

However, if you plan to trade your tokens on a decentralized exchange you will need to buy gas to cover the transfer fees.

How does PackagePortal make money?

While we don't charge our users for using the app (we actually pay them with tokens), we do charge online merchants and retailers to access shipment ratings and anonymized survey data.

What can I do with my PORT?

PORT is a tokenized form of the value your consumer feedback creates. Tokenization allows you to fully control that value and do with it what you'd like.

You can stake it to earn yield at crypto.packageportal.com, or you could swap them for other tokens.

How do I swap tokens?

You can use ZilSwap and XCAD DEX to swap PORT. You'll need to access your private key and connect your wallet using ZilPay. You'll also need to add ZILs to your wallet for gas.
